Will I Make It???

So, I'm sitting in an IHOP in Georgia. (Mmmmm, stuffed french toast with strawberries.) We are neighborhood/school hunting. We just held a family vote, and it's unanimous. We already LOVE it here. Feels like home. Magnolia trees, people smiling and actually saying thank you when The Captain or Eleven Year Old hold doors open...I could go on, but the troops are ready to head out to the next neighborhood.

Just wanted to let Y'ALL know that from now until Monday, I'll be unplugged. Will I make it? I guess so, but you will be soooooo missed!! When I don't leave comments for you, just remember it's because I'm unplugged, not because I don't love you dearly!

Happy Easter, a few days early!

I want to live in Georgia. Hyrum went to school in Athens for a while and loved it. I'm happy for you.

I'm not sure if I told you but I have two accounts. This is my other one. Just so I don't have to explain myself each time

Stuffed french toast with strawberries at IHOP? Totally my favorite.
I've always wanted to visit Georgia, ever since I was 12 and read GWTW. Scarlett O'Hara and her hoop skirts were my dream for many years (not like Sandy from Grease@!). Last fall we flew through Atlanta, and although it wasn't the same, I could tell from the air that it was beautiful there. Maybe one day I can convince Brad to give up his desert rat nature. . . .

My daughter's best friend from jr. high and high school lives in Georgia. Every time Karin visits there, she wants to move.

Hope you find a great house! (Or one you can make great!!)

=)

Good luck with your move! I've never been to Georgia - other than a quick hotel stay for business - but it sounds lovely. Maybe one day...

You will go through withdrawals but then you will find you didn't miss it all that much!
I'm so excited that you'll be going "home".

The sound breathes a big sigh of relief knowing you guys will be returning again. Even if it is to Georgia. Mad props to snarkymama for making a blog site, now if we can just get you up and running we would all love to have a read.

I lived in Calhoun Georgia when I was 19 and loved it - the girls were so sweet and the boys so nice! My best friend and I were there for the summer to earn money and live with her Nannie (a whole 'nother experience) what a place! Be sure to tell your Momma I said "Hey"!

For some crazy reason my comments keep getting lost in cyberspace! I am going to try this again...

Now you all know why I can't start my own blog...I have trouble getting my dang "comments" posted!
No secret, I am technologically challenged!

Anyway...yes, I managed to get my
Snarky Mama page at least started...however as you will find it is a work in progress...thanks for all the encouragement...sooner or later I might even actually post something! :)

If I build it the "ettes" better come! :) :)
