Thanks Are in Order

Dear Mother Nature,
Thank you for doing your job.
I'm sure it hasn't been easy on you...what with getting dumped and all.
Needless to say, your recent upturn in mood is sincerely appreciated.

I thank you.

The children thank you.

Even my girl's feet thank you.

And did you know Lantana plants are my favorite?
Imagine how excited I was when I found this Lantana TREE!
Another favorite?
Sitting in my rocker waiting for the kids to get home from school.
Happy days are here!
Thank you Mother Nature.

I didn't know you were back until today! I love all the pictures - the one with the swingset - is that Georgia? So beautiful! And look at you rockin' that hula hoop! I read all of your serious posts too but I am too tired to comment. But basically, agree, agree. I am tired of people whining because they aren't getting everything they want. I'm not getting everything I want, either, but who said that was a basic right? Kudos to AZ - I wish they would pass a similar law in CA. That would be awesome, but I don't see that happening anytime soon. I'm not a mean person at all - I'm just tired of our state being bled dry by people who just take and don't contribute. And I'm tired of things getting more and more dangerous all the time because everyone is afraid to stand up to criminals and drug runners - it might hurt their feelings. Anyway, back to your post: the pictures are lovely and fun. It looks like you're doing well, and enjoying where you are. Glad to see you posting again. We all missed you!

Isn't it wonderful! It makes all the difference to have the sun around.

OOh I'm first to comment.

A. You look super skinny. I've never seen a full body shot of you before but you've mentioned wanting to look better in past posts. So way to go--you're hot

B. I'm glad you're having better weather--I was going to force you to come visit me for your sanity (you are welcome anytime)

C. Holy crap that's your house? I'm coming to visit ASAP.

Jill, you're so kind! I've been working really hard. I've lost 25 lbs since end of October. More than that, it's the stress relief that makes me happiest! I really believe the regular work outs and eating better have helped me stay sane (well, I guess some would question that) while my husband is in Iraq.

I am glad you are getting the same beautiful weather that we have over here in Texas. You sure didn't have 25 pounds to lose. I am not sure where you took it from. Maybe you just didn't empty your pockets the last time? Ive said it before and I will say it again, you are gorgeous! So So So glad you are back to blogging again. You are my hero!

So, a funny thing happened on the way to my commenting. My comment became an epistle. Therefore, I was forced to "post" on "Snarky Mama"...I don't like that...too much pressure.

But, let the record show, I ALWAYS have "My Baby Girl's Back."

If you are interested just click on "Snarky Mama."

Can't wait to hear from you all. I have missed you much!
